"What a wonderful first time VRBO experience!! The house was clean, beautiful, spacious and very well taken care of. The pool was fabulous and very private from the neighbors. The owner is very thoughtful and has an eye for details- everything we needed was there, even a beach wagon and beach chairs for our day-trip to Sanibel Island! It was a perfect experience!!"

"The water view when you walk through the front door is incredible! The house sits on a busy street but once you settle into the backyard, most noise dissipates! Our family loved kayaking, fishing, swimming on the property! Pool was fantastic!"

"The property was perfect for us. We had 6 adults and 8 kids age 4-13. We had just enough sleeping accommodations. The pool and hot tub were constantly used and worked perfectly. The dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer were constantly used and worked perfectly.The location of the property worked very well. We were able to visit the Ft. Meyers beach area a couple times and then spent the others days hanging out at our own pool. The adults loved the triple patio doors. It was our gathering place for coffee in the morning but also allowed us to keep and easy eye on the kids when they were in the pool.We would highly recommend this location for any family get together."
