"This home was perfect for our large family. Super clean and well maintained. It was even better than pictured, with so much to do in the home. Great for kids and parents alike!The only downside is the location - on a 4 lane road in Cape Coral - a bit farther from the beaches. Not a major issue, but there is some traffic noise on weekend nights. You don't really notice at all in the back of the house though.The owners were great and responsive, though honestly we had no issues so there was not much to respond to!"

"The house was perfect for our family of 5 who was looking for a place to relax and unwind with goals of doing nothing but hanging by the pool. The house had plenty of room to spread out, a fabulous pool and yard and the beach chairs and wagon were perfect for a day trip to the beach!"

"Cape Lake House was the nicest, cleanest, and most well-stocked home we've stayed in over the years. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There were 7 of us and the 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom layout was perfect for us. We have NO negative comments whatsoever. Stu and Cathy were quick to reply if we had questions. We will definitely be staying at Cape Lake House again or maybe we'll check out one of their other locations. I wish we were still there! :) "
