"We loved our stay at Schell-Topia! The house was amazing and the perfect size for 8 adults and three kids ages 2,3, and 5. There's lots of space, which made the stay much more enjoyable. Stu and Cathy were very pleasant to deal with, He answered every question I had very promptly. We enjoyed using the bicycles, kayaks, hot tub, and heated pool! We will not hesitate to stay at this property or one of their other properties in the future! Thank you Stu and Cathy for a great exeriece!"

"This was our sixth year in Cape Coral and this house was by far the best rental we have ever experienced. House was very clean, stocked with everything from bicycles, fishing poles, kayaks and plenty of pool supplies. The pool and spa were used every day and the sunset and view was just amazing. Also, the house manager (Jason) took care of all our question and problems we had. My family had a great week, thank you."
