Hotel room was PERFECT Staff was EXCELLENT Breakfast area and food needs improvement. Not enough staff and space to handle the morning crowd. Hotel can use some updating/ renovations. I would strongly recommend this property and looking forward to my next stay there.

Told there was a heated pool and hot tub. The pool was open but the staff didn't know that. The hot tub was open until we really wanted to use it, then without notifying guests they closed it. The availability of a hot tub was the main reason we booked this hotel. They did give us an option, walk for 5 minutes in the rain and cold to another hotel, use their hot tub to relax, then get dressed and hike back uphill for 5 minutes in the rain and cold. No apologies. No excuses for this. I am continually disappointed by Hilton. Their brand usually means bait and switch. Like many companies these days they train their staff to be polite and friendly so they can gaslight guests on the poor facilities. Hallways full of garbage bags and leftover food, etc.

I was really impressed by everything! The staff were SO nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was great and the pool facilities were awesome. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our First Visit to Mont Tremblant
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff were excellent and accommodating. There were a couple of minor issues that we had that were rectified very quickly. This hotel is in an excellent spot within the Mont Tremblant ski resort village. Absolutely beautiful here.

The room are nicely set up they are mostly designed for winter use because of the big room with kitchen in them but it works good for summer and fall get away. Hotel is in good area to because you can just walk out of the hotel to any of the store near by. Rooms where very clean and looks great looks like new you would think
