"When I made my reservation I received an email that the elevator was broken and out of use. I called and was told it was to be fixed before we arrived. When we arrived it was not Andy our room was in the third floor. When we told the hotel clerk on duty we couldn’t walk up 3 floors she wanted to upgrade us for a fee and we objected and let her know what we were told the elevator would have been fixed upon check in so she agreed to give us a room on the first floor without an addl charge w/o an upgrade finally. "
