Wow doesn’t begin to describe this property! You can see the Colosseum from the corner road of the hotel, so it is definitely located in walking distance of Rome’s major attractions. The staff is amazing! They provide maps and answer all questions with a smile! The room is not American cold, but it is very comfortable! The restaurants and shopping around the hotel are excellent! All around great hotel for a Rome vacation!

We’re a family of 4 that shared a quadruple room. It’s a great hotel that had everything we needed for a few days sightseeing. Our room was very clean and modern. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. There is a bus stop right outside and Cavour metro is only 200m away. The Colosseum is less than 10mins walk. There are plenty of places to eat close by. Bar La Licata was a favourite for a great Italian breakfast.

Customer service was amazing!
Wonderful staff! I arrived very late as my flight kept experiencing delays. They were very welcoming and provided exceptional service during my very short layover. I will stay there again on my next visit!

Great AC & good central location
Very hospitable hotel - they offered free coffee while we were waiting for our room to be ready. The elevator is a little small but the rooms are great and comfortable. The A/C worked great! The hotel is in a good location - walking distance to all the sights (forum, colosseum, etc.) that we wanted to see.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful! My son and I felt very welcomed, cared for and safe. Our lovely room with 2 beds was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We even had a balcony with a beautiful view of the city. We walked to everything! I plan to return to Rome, and will definitely stay here again.

Little Hotel with Big Conveniences
Get comfortable- this is going to be a detailed review. Una Prima Impressione- The staff who greeted us was very helpful and so nice. She gave us a map and showed us how to get to some of the big sites. She explained everything completely. Every interaction we had with the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. This is a great team. Hospitality 10/10 Check in 10/10 The elevator was an experience! It's tiny. It just held my husband, me, and our luggage with a tight squeeze. My husband said, "We're going to die." We didn't. The room- Yes, the room is small, but so clean! The bed and pillows were comfortable. Towels were fluffy. Loved the shower. The all purpose shampoo/body was is a bit medicinal smelling. There was bar soap available and we brought shampoo, so all was good. I enjoyed the daily water bottle refill. Our fridge didn't get cold, so the juice we got wasn't usable. Room- 9.5/10 Location, location, location! This is the perfect location. Walking distance to the Colusseum and Forum, The Pantheon, the crazy metro, a market, a pharmacy, and many great restaurants. Location 10/10 If you are looking for luxury, this hotel may not be for you. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, affordable, welcoming, and ridiculously convenient place to lay your head (and maybe watch "The Big Bang Theory" dubbed in Italian on TV), this is the hotel for you. We would stay again.

Great hotel for family with kids
The front desk was always so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great central location and closed to the colosseum. The room we stayed in had one queen bed and two twin beds. The room was perfect for our family of four (two little kids). Daily hotel cleaning was really nice.
