He checked in to our room and the sheets in our beds were dirty. We told the front desk that the sheets need to be changed later that night we got back to our room. It was late and the sheets wasn’t changed and the next morning I woke up and seen lipstick print lips on my sheets in my bed, went to the front desk again to tell them to change my sheets. We went out for a few hours came back and they said they were changed. I pulled down the sheets and it was the same sheets in the bed. It was very disgusting For a big hotel chain like this.

It was an excellent stay at this hotel. Very friendly and loveable staff. Simple check in and check out process. Would definitely come here again to stay. East Side Mario's is a great addition to this hotel as well. Amazing tasting food ❤️

Our stay was good except we had to change our room keys five times due to keys not working. i went to take a bath and the bathtub wasn't cleaned. It looked clean but when i got in the tub it felt like it was dirty the sides and bottom of tub felt grainy and rubing my hand over it the dirt came off. needless to say i didn't get my hot bath i was so looking forward to.

Great customer desk service and a really good size pool. Our shuttle driver Francesco was amazing, attentive and should get a raise! Great location, about 5-7 minutes walk across to the 1 Line and airport. The rooms are comfortable but bit ageing as seen in the carpets, etc ... They should be updated/renovated.
