Needs improvement
The tub and shower area were not clean. There was no towel rack, or a toilet paper holder. There was one small window in the corner of the room. The bedding had a strange smell. At night, the area around the hotel grounds is dark and creepy. Early in the morning someone pulled the fire alarm and we all had to exit the building.

This is not a commercial hotel. It appears to be public housing. Dirty disgusting conditions. No cold water, mold and mildew infested. The stench of marijuana was everywhere and the fire alarm went off at 6:00AM. Picture on Expedia do not represent what is actually there. Be aware!!

The property looks nice but it is dirty and the minute you walk in it smells like a Las Vegas casino. The smell of old cigarette smoke hits you in the face when you walk in and is in the guest rooms as well. If you are sensitive to smoke don’t stay here.

Property was nice and staff was friendly. My big complaint is that they take the security deposit instead of just your credit card , meaning they charged me and then gave it back, but I lost 10$ in the exchange because I'm Canadian. Seems incredibly unfair.

There were many water damage stains in the room. The shower looked dirty because it was old. There was a strong chemical smell in the hallway on the 3rd floor. There were some sketchy people hanging around and used needles in the parking lot.

The bathroom was not cleaned well. There were still hair in the bathtub. It was not cleaned well. Someone tried to come into our room in the middle of the night. Fortunately, we had the chain lock on the door. Breakfast was very minimal. I guess you get what you paid for.

The most enjoyable experience was my interaction with the very congenial and attentive lady manager. I forgot her name but she was the only manager at the desk besides a gentleman in the mornings.

We had only the end of a roll of toilet paper in the room, no tissues, the bathroom was moldy and stained everywhere, there were dead bugs in the bathroom and practically nothing to eat for breakfast

rooms had moldy ceilings, bathrooms had thick dust on the vents looked liked it had not been cleaned in very long time; the parking lot had abandon cars with weeds surrounding the car just as tall as the car; customer service was atrocious; My family who stayed in the room next door check out the following day I left after the second day when house keeping did not show up. the desk associate could refuted to check me out with a receipt or give me her name A MORE THORUGH REVIEW TO BE POSTED ON GOOGLE

This is an older hotel. My room had been partially renovated, with newer flooring. The bathtub was a little gross and the switch from tub to shower didn't work well. The bathroom door had what appeared to be makeup smeared on it. There was dust and grime on the hair dryer holder, but no hair dryer. They have a minimal breakfast offering but there is a Cracker Barrel in the same parking lot. There is a pool;I didn't get achance to check it out.

Pool was lovely. Tub had pubic hair, not washed. Dirty bathroom floor. Carpet dirty. Pillows tiny. No hair drier either in room or at front desk. Desk clerk at check in time very helpful. Early morning clerk asleep in back room. We will never stay there again.

My room was smoke filled as if staff was using the room as a break room. Coffee was brewing when I walked in the room and there was no cup was under the reservoir so coffee brewed all over the cabinet which I had to clean up. Sofa cushions were soiled, bathroom vanity was damaged toward the bottom. Refrigerator was not cold and there was no dial to change the temperature.
