"It was a great hotel and room. This is the second time I’ve stayed there and I will stay there again. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Some of the front desk staff could be more pleasant but it wasn’t a negative experience. The subway stop is right outside the door which allows easy access to many areas around the city. "

"We stayed here for two weeks, we found the location excellent for getting around NYC. There is a few coffee shops and a deli next door for snacks and drinks. Joey the receptionist was wonderful and a great guide, suggesting restaurants and cheaper places to purchase items. We stayed on the 9th floor so the noise of time square wasnt an issue for us. The hotel is old and doesn't have any extra facilities but we were here to see the city not the hotel so not an issue for us, we were comfortable and warm and that counted after a long day walking around the city."

"Excellent hotel, great location, shop around the corner. All the people in reception, the bell boys, the housekeeping and maintenance people were extremely nice and helpful. Excellent facilities and the Coffee making machine with Nesspresso style pods were a life-saver for espressos as I don't like Starbucks. Fees were around £150 and £100 deposit for a 5 night stay, really great location close to all Grand Central station, Times Square and Broadway. Lots of places to eat nearby. The only thing we didn't like was that pull out sofa wasn't great, mattress not great, you could improve on that. Great facilities and cleanliness. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again. Thank you!"

"I liked how you couldn’t hear anyone whilst staying in the hotel. I also liked how accommodating the staff was. I wish I stayed longer for my trip. It was decently priced. Room could’ve been larger though. 8.5/10"
