This is a cracking hotel in a great location in Naples. Our (sea view with balcony) room was attractive, spacious and very comfortable; breakfast was good; the staff were very helpful and courteous; and the whole hotel was very clean and well maintained.

Classic old Italian hotel with a great position on the waterfront close to all the restaurants etc. The roof terrace and the restaurant are excellent. Rooms are old school but comfortable and spacious - with good beds.

Old-style luxury with a rooftop restaurant with a beautiful view over the bay. Staff was very helpful. Our first room was over a noisy street and as soon as we asked we were moved to a quieter room. Large breakfast buffet was included with our room, not sure if that is true for all price levels. Lovely harbor location but not in the center of the “action.”

This was a wonderful hotel in one of the safest parts of Naples. It is very beautiful inside. There is a restaurant in walking distance (Antonio and Antonio) that is open until midnight with great pizza. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a lovely old luxury hotel. It has survived being bombed in WW II and Covid. It just needs a little more attention to cleaning the public spaces. The room was very clean, but the hallway and stair carpets had stains and dirt in the crevices. The staff was attentive and very helpful. The beds and pillows were comfy and my request for double beds was honored. The balcony views were unmatched! The rooftop dining was very good. Recommend highly!
