Great location.
Very central to downtown. Everything was close. Breakfast was great. The hotel was undergoing major renovations so there were a lot of workers and materials everywhere. No hot water except in the morning.

The property was in a good location and very clean. It also looked a bit worn. The breakfast was wonderful for us. My husband is a diabetic and they had great protein, low carb food. Excellent in my opinion! They only thing that was hard for me was the smell of cleaning product was extremely strong there. The lobby, it bowled me over and the room was pungent. I do not have a sensitive nose at all, usually.

The property is close enough to downtown. However, it is across the street from a pedal tavern company and the bars on Demonbreun Hill. It is extremely noisy on the weekends until the bars close at 3am.

The clean room was nice with comfy beds and pillows. The freshly made omelette at the omelette bar was a special treat in the morning. The location was walkable to Broadway bars and restaurants, and Country Hall of Fame so we got some exercise in and felt safe walking at night. 😁

Construction was happening and parking limited. Overall the hotel could use an upgrade. It worked for us, just expected it to be a bit nicer for where it was located. It was clean and liked it accepted dogs.
