It’s very dated and not well maintained motel. Photos are a bit deceiving. Just in our room the faucet for the shower was loose, toilet wasn’t flushing, the GFI outlet was loose, there was hair on the bathroom wall, the main door wasn’t sealed tight. The breakfast was decent as was the location.

Clean, comfortable. Quick and easy check-in. Nice location. Hopped on a scooter to head downtown since it was a little hot for walking, although it's well within walking distance of a lot of stuff down on Broadway.

I liked that the price was reasonable and they have massage chairs in the lobby. Some bars are across the street but you mostly would have to drive 8 minutes to downtown, we ubered and it was convenient.

Things to consider
Hotel is very convenient to convention center and highway. It has been recently renovated and is very clean. However, it should be noted that all rooms exit to an outside walkway rather than being fully enclosed in the building. This fact makes the noise level higher and the safety level lower. Further, no mention is made of the $20/night surcharge for parking. Just be aware.

Our stay at this property was decent. However our room had roach bugs in the fridge area and we saw several in the bathroom of our room. Breakfast was pretty good. The best part was the chairs in the lobby area. Pool was extremely cold water but other then those things I think the hotel needs some major renovations to the property as a whole.
