This hotel is very nice and quiet I didn’t once hear anyone in the hallways or neighboring rooms. The outside area is very beautiful. Only complaint is when using the bedroom to go to sleep we noticed the floor next to the bedroom window was SOAKED with water. The night audit had maintenance bring a fan in to dry the area which was very noisy. The carpet started to stink up the whole room. I’m pretty sure they took some of my deposit back for an incidental which is why I brought it to front desk in the first place so we wouldn’t get charged for that mistake. Staff was very youthful and friendly. 2 beautiful black women around 6pm 7/31/2024 checked me in and made me feel welcomed immediately❤️

The guy (fleming) at the bar helped us get food and was great. The shuttle guy was also great shared some must see attractions. The front desk lady was very rude. When we told her that we couldn't reach the front desk with multiple tries her response well i wasnt on shift so much for "making it right" not even so sorry what did u need. Also no food truck hasnt been for a while they should update the web info

I have been in better places, I have been in worse places. I Did not read the parking policy, they do charge $16.00 a night for onsite parking, so that was on me for not reading all the way through, but hey!!! They did offer me a free cookie, so there is that.

I liked the hotel because it was very convenient to Opry Mills Mall, and my kids liked it cause of the pool. And I liked it cause of the bar and the food is excellent and they give you great portions.
