Room was dirty and had a lot of deferred maintenance. Tv was grainy, missing trim, hair all over the floor, chips in the laminate flooring, paint cracks, and tub had chips all in it as wall as scratches inside the toilet. Pay the extra money unless you’re that hard up.

Relatively cheap for Nashville. Approx 30-40 min walk to Broadway. There is a Citybus that has a stop very close to the motel. Breakfast was nice. Cereal, yoghurt, hot pancakes. A/C worked well. The rooms are old and perhaps need a renovation. Free coffee pods machine and fridge in the room. Kept quite clean but pool was closed during my stay. Neighbourhood didn't feel unsafe. I was not impressed with the $10 parking charge. It's a motel. You shouldn't have to pay for parking!

Great game day experience!
My son and I stayed for a NFL game at Nissan Stadium and we were very impressed with how clean and updated the rooms were and how friendly and helpful the front desk staff were. It was an easy walk to the stadium and we never felt unsafe. The property owners have gone to great lengths to ensure guest’s comfort and safety in a central to downtown location and affordability.

Très propre et personnel accueillant. Chambre d’une bonne grandeur. Déjeuner comme on en trouve dans tous les hôtels. Ne vous fiez pas à l’environnement extérieur. L’hôtel a été complètement rénovée. L’endroit est très abordable par rapport aux autres hôtels et très bien situé, environ 25 minutes de marche de la Broadway donc pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel.

Give it a chance!
The hotel is older but it’s perfect for a budget friendly place to stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean. Only complaint was no exhaust fan working in bathroom. 10 minute walk to Nissan Stadium (straight down one road). The guy who checked us in was also the one who checked us out the next day and he was very nice and informative! We passed staff as we were leaving to head to the game and they were very friendly and talking to us about the game! We will for sure stay here again next time we plan a trip to Nashville.

Hotel was in a convenient location to Nissan stadium. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff was very professional. The floor in my room was a little dirty. But honestly the good definitely out weighed the bad. I would stay here again.
