Room was dirty and had a lot of deferred maintenance. Tv was grainy, missing trim, hair all over the floor, chips in the laminate flooring, paint cracks, and tub had chips all in it as wall as scratches inside the toilet. Pay the extra money unless you’re that hard up.

For the walkable distance to Nissan Stadium/Broadway and the price, I would definitely stay again. But the area might be what one would consider kind of sketchy. And I did see a couple of crawling critters right outside my room..so with that said, if you are okay with staying in a motel type hotel, you’re good. The room was clean and the free breakfast was good!

Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Check in was fast with no issues. The complimentary breakfast was nice enough with lots of choice. The only issue was the bathroom needed to attention as the panel at the back of the bath/shower was cracked. Loads of towels and toiletries. Would definitely recommend 😊

A fine value stay. A pleasant breakfast. Decent room. Yet much unsavory activity in the back parking lot outside a room entry door that did not lock properly. Otherwise it exceeded expectations for a low end overnight stay.
