Great stay
Sonder was nice. There were updates needed like the hallway carpet was pretty gross. Once inside the unit, it was super nice. There was mold in the conditioner so maybe bring your own but the unit was really nice.

We really liked the place. Very clean, quiet & easy to access with the codes given to us. Having codes to enter made us feel safe & secure & we had no issues with that. We would definetely book here again.

Nice room, don't stay if coming by car. The rooms are pleasant, the pool so freezing cold (even in direct sunlight) that when we went to use it we were not the only ones to stick a toe in and start to shiver. But the parking arrangement. Awful. This could be excellent - it has a car park right under the building. But the admin from Sonder is shockingly bad. Firstly, they keep sending you emails saying "fill in this form with your car details to stop it being towed". You fill in the form. The next day they email you to tell you to complete the form. You fill it in again. And then they email you to tell you to complete the form. So you ask them what is going on, and they tell you to complete the form. You use live chat who (in a bored and exasperated manner) tells you eventually that the car is registered - THEN overnight you get an email telling you to complete the form and a threat that they will tow your car if it is not filled in. No one on site to talk to at all other than cleaners (office unmanned). We went down twice a day to check the car hadn't been towed. And I almost forgot (this was 3/5 when I started), it's 1/5 - they insist you download an app. Avoid SONDER - useless customer service and an app. Happy you asked for a review now are you?

It was run down and didnt look like the pictures. The carpet was stained and the couch also had stains. There was a weird noise when we turned the air conditioner on each night. The pool area also looked like it needed a little attention. It needs to be refreshed, fresh coat of paint, maintenance of over all property. The halls smelled pretty musty too.

OMG what is there NOT to like about this place. We loved the ease of transportation (bus stop right in front) for downtown #7. Dining options within walking distance. The place was perfect with the amenities of home. We had a 2b/2b with balcony. Loved sitting on balcony in the morning before starting our adventures and after a perfect day of sightseeing. Definitely will reserve at Sonder 21 on our next visit.

Place had very nice furnishings top notch, but who ever is cleaning is rushing over things. My son after taking shower didnt have shoes and socks on inside of unit. Bottom of his feet turned black with dirt. The bar for eating i wiped down cause it had old foot splatters and drink rings. Elevator noise was super loud in my unit. But bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Pool was really dirty and felt slimey.

The Nashville Sonder was dirty. The facility was supposed to be no smoking but during are 6 day stay we constantly smelled pot smoke throughout the facility. No staff on site. Parking was over $100. When I complained to customer service they made excuses and blew me off.

Be aware that You need to do all the pre check in online bc there is no front desk. You need to get your code and sign up for parking all online before you get there. The location is great for walking around but it’s across from the hospital emergency room so very loud with ambulances / helicopters. Overall the apt is very nice but the carpet in the hall and bedrooms is very very old and dirty.
