Not what it seems like
The surroundings are nice, plus the ability to use Atlantis is nice. The rooms are average to poor, not too clean and not very well planned. The personnel gather in the tea room, which is supposedly meant for guest, very strange. The food in the restaurant is not good, breakfast is poor.

The grounds I felt very safe walking from the casino late @ night back to the Comfort suites. The staff was awesome . I will come back real soon.

This is the 3rd time I came to Comfort Suites in the last year and a half. And the VIP awards got worse. Also the room upgrade for me got worse as well. And this time I rented 2 rooms at a time. If everything stays the same for me next time, it will be my last.

Comfort Inn was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, food was good at the restaurant and it was right beside Atlantis so that you could take advantage of all of its facilities. Very pleased with the stay!

Second year staying in a row and everything was awesome. The staff was amazing and always willing to help with every question. When you pass staff members in the hall everyone speaks and they are all so friendly. The breakfast was great and some of the employees serving breakfast remembered us from last year. This may not be Atlantis but it sure is close to it based on the price and the ability to have full access to Atlantis. I’ll stay here any day over Atlantis. I’ll see you again next year! Awesome Crew! There are just not enough positive reviews to let you know you are really doing a great job!

I liked how close it was to atalantis and the day passes ro atlantis were included in the stay. The staff were quite rude. The free breakfast was awful. The rooms were gross and musky smelling.

Staff was very friendly, and the resort is within walking distance of Atlantis. Restaurants and shops are right around the corner. Would definitely recommend.

I arrived here Sunday October 13. The front desk was kind, when I first arrived I told the lady if I can get a room where l had smoking access seeing I was traveling with my 8 year old son I can't just walk off and smoke, l'm a loyal customer of there's and this is my third time this year, I will not be returning! | get | my room and the first room the shower was broken the second one was okay but still no access for me to smoke the room had a mold Oder which was tolerable then they finally had a room with out door access I didn't pay attention immediately but the mold smells beyond tolerable my son has been hitting his asthma pump all night in the room and complaining he can not breath due to the mold smell, I'm going to take this further with a lawyer, I don't find it any exception that my 8 year old son is finding it hard to breath due to the strong mold smell! Thanks for the opportunity of having me as a customer but l will no longer be a returning future, and will not recommend To anyone!!!! And I returned home today and all my clothes smelled like mold
