Great location for family
Overall, it was good. Great value for the price. Front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Restaurant was decent. Loved the welcome complimentary stuff as VIP Expedia member - definitely enjoyed them thank you. Room was dated but clean. Only complaint was the shower - lacks pressure and doesn't drain well. Breakfast was awesome. And location to Atlantis was pretty good.

The staff in the hotel area is wonderful—very attentive and always ready to assist. However, the property is quite outdated. The carpeting is in poor condition, and there was a roof leak on the 5th floor hallway that caused musty and moldy odors throughout the area. The bathrooms are in need of renovation, with new faucets required and the need for a fresh coat of paint. The air conditioning units were below expectations and require replacement. Overall, the unpleasant smells throughout the common areas are disturbing, and it would be best to remove the carpeting and renovate the entire hotel. Having stayed at Comfort Inns in the U.S., I was disappointed by the condition of this property in the Bahamas. The hotel has great potential, but it’s clear that better care is needed to maintain it

I loved that it put me within 8 minutes of walking distance to Atlantas water park without the greater expense. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the park and area. I feel they went above and beyond to help us out in a few sticky areas. The pool was great, my daughter loved it. The room was comfortable, clean and the housekeeping staff kept it that way. The only negative we experienced was the Wi-fi. It was weak and slow and we ended up just using our phones as hotspots. Other than the wi-fi our stay was top notch. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I loved the staffing as they always were working hard, moving with motivation even on tougher days in terms of dealing with people consistently through out the day. I loved the restaurant the food always tasted good. I like that every evening the hotel had live music and some form of fun performer while we were there during the New Year season. I also like being able to attend the rum punch parties. I would like to recommend that the pool get renovated or just have some heating water system for guests to be able to enjoy the pool when the weather is a little chilly outside and to enjoy it during night time. I would like to note in terms of safety, the hotel side doors barely lock back after a person goes in and out of them, which I see as a potential safety risk/hazard.

The hotel is in a perfect location to the Atlantis. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and well laid out.

Pros: The staff is very nice and helpful. Walkable distance to Atlantis which is included and a huge bonus. Breakfast is consistent and sufficient. Attached restaurant is delicious. Beds are comfy. Taxi services were super fast. Pull out sofa bed also comfy. Proximity to all the fun stuff! Cons: Room wasn’t super clean upon arrival. Floor was sticky. Fixtures were falling off the wall. Water smells of sulfur. Lights were flickering during the stay. Request for extra shampoo was not honored. The good outweighed the bad, though. Would stay here again!

The only good part about this hotel is its close to Atlantis. The building is old, beds are awful, showers don't work all the time. Serive is not great, asked to replace phone in the room and never got it done. Nothing special about breakfast (No oats, veggies, nuts , more options).

Great stay over the week of Christmas! Our room was comfortable, even the pullout, and we overlooked Atlantis which was all lit up at night. The staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful. Great value in that we had a full hot breakfast each morning included, were within easy walking distance to Atlantis and nearby restaurants, and best of all, the room rate included full daily access to Atlantis and its attractions. Best value out there in our opinion!

Great hotel and service.
Everything was great. The beds were comfy, the bottles of water was a nice touch, along with the little coupons and discounts to Crusoe’s. The only thing that was pretty annoying was the terrible connection to the wifi. Despite bringing this up to the IT, it was still very slow, and sometimes not working at all.
