"We absolutely LOVE Tundra Lodge! We are from Green Bay and have been going to tundra since it was built. Unfortunately this last visit U went to the front desk to buy 3 extra bracelets. The last first tried charging me 56. And some change. I couldn't believe it, I then asked her for a discount bc we were in the hotel room that night, she then said 44. And some change. I believed I wouldn't need a receipt bc it would be on my reservation profile, the very next day, I went to check out and buy 3 extra bracelets bc for my daughter and her boyfriend and myself, the, Young man asked what room I was checking out of I told him and he informed me that 2 More bracelets were free and I only need to pay for 1 bracelets which was like 15 -18$ no more than 29$ for the one, why was I charged almost $45.00 the evening before for extra bracelets the day of check out $14.53, then there's no record of my purchase the evening prior on my profile, I know there should have been a receipt on my profile, now there is no receipt so now I almost am certain the Young lady over charged me. That is the worst feeling of betrayal, trying to take my family to a normally great hotel, we have never"

"Very nice and quiet property. Well taken care of and clean. Fabulous made to order omelets and homemade scones for breakfast. Staff very kind and accommodating. Will definitely be back in the future."
