Very convenient to the French Quarter. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. If you like to go to bed early you may have a little trouble with the noise from the street car passing by, but other than that, it’s a wonderful place to stay.

This was our 1st time staying at the Hilton. It did not disappoint either! I didn’t like furry friends being welcomed at the hotel. But I didn’t see, or smell any animals. Hotel lobby smelled wonderful. The valet guys PROVIDED EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT SERVICE! They were so helpful & friendly. Went out of their way to make you happy & solve any situation!(

The rooms are tiny. This was the smallest room I have ever seen at a Hilton hotel, But I guess that should be expected when you’re staying in 100-year-old building. They said this size room could sleep four people, and it probably could but would be very very uncomfortable. luckily it was only me staying there.

The Hilton St. Charles is a great property that is central to everything! Quick walks to Bourbon St., French Quarter, French Market, shopping, and restaurants. Check is was super fast and easy. Staff were very friendly, the property is very clean, and safe. This will be my go-to hotel from now on when I’m in NOLA.

It wasn’t a bad stay at all! I just wish we would’ve researched the area a bit better. It was a bit far from more of the historical parts of NOLA. It was a 10-15 minute walk in any direction to the places we wanted to go. Other than that it was great.

Overpriced!
For the price I paid, it was not worth it. This hotel is old and it shows! It was not very clean. There were hairs everywhere! The front desk lady didn’t even offer my rewards bag, therefore I had to go back up there to get it. My friends stayed at other hotels that were better and less expensive.
