I called to ask about parking. They said they had parking. But this was not true. It was paid parking. How the heck was I supposed to drive and keep my car? Not even a discount for staying at the hotel. And the clerk was rude about it.

I loved the room & my city view! Room met all of my expectations for my standards. One night while sitting at the bar area I was not greeted while seeing other people were being greeted which i brought this up & she apologized. Situation was handled well!. Other than that I loved my stay here!

The sheets were absolutely filthy. They had make up and blood stains on them. Hair in the shower. Toilet had streaks. Thankfully we had our own blanket and left as soon as we woke up. Never again!

Consierge was top notch! Excellent service, great recommendations and very personable Hot water was scant, but room and bathroom were large and very clean. Had an issue with the safe and security was quick to reply and fix. Had a drink at the bar - bartender very pleasant but maintenance issues meant there was an unpleasant odour - we didn’t stay long… Recommend getting the king room with floor to ceiling window with city view! Buffet breakfast was disappointing for the price and we weren’t given the option to order a la carte. Would recommend. Super convenient to the French quarter, hop on hop off tour and many attractions. But go somewhere else for breakfast would be my suggestion

Super Bowl Trip!
Beds were super comfortable, view was great from 2818, all employees were nice and the man in the lobby who gave the free drinks and food sampling was our highlight. Bartenders were busy. We were there for the Sugar Bowl, the bar was packed every night and they kept up. Great job. Highly recommend

cleanliness average, my room assigned safety box didn't work. We stay 2 nights with family. The safety box was reported and never fixed. Good city view. A/C was on at all times running very loud...may be old ac equipment. Parking rates are very overpriced, but even, on public parking. $75 per night...Average breakfast, under average waitress at least on the breakfast. Only 1 guy with 2 pan and 2 induction burners like a little toy to prepare omelets. Charge breakfast $35 p/p, but has to wait 1 hr for omeletes...crazy...!!!
