This hotel is in the perfect location- it is close to everything, but also on a quiet street. The facilities and room were very clean and well maintained. The best part for us was the fact that this was by far the most wheelchair accessible hotel room we have stayed in. The beds were not high, there was so much room in the bedroom area as well as the bathroom.

Convenient but needs upkeep.
I have previously stayed at this property and had an excellent experience. Unfortunately this time around the property looked worn, hallway carpet was in horrid condition, bathroom door had bad water damage along the bottom and the beds were doubles not queens and not very comfortable. Disappointed since its location makes it a great option and the property is a beautiful French quarter building. Hopefully they will invest some and do some upkeep soon.

The staff always greeted us with a welcome back each fime we returned to the property. We loved how quiet our room was even being so close to bourban street. Great walking distance to most things.

Everyone working here was so friendly & helpful. The property is ideally located between the French Market area & the main/business street, especially if you don't mind walking for 10-min. Lots of dining options nearby.

Second time as good as the first.
Great location in the French Quarter. Easy walking distance to restaurants, Royal and Bourbon Streets, and Jackson Square. Small marketplaces nearby for picking up snacks, etc. Beds were comfy and room temperature stayed steady even in high heat. Shower was a tiny bit snug but still ok. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and happy to make the most of your vacation..

Great location. In the French Quarter but very quiet street 1 street from Bourbon Street festivities. Nice size rooms and clean. Very helpful tourist desk to recommend activities.

My stay at Holiday Inn Frenchquarter was for a my birthday. The amenities were clean and decorated nice. The staff was very helpful. I liked the location, it was close to everything. I would stay again and would recommend them.
