Right in French quarters so everything is walkable. Staff is amazing. Kept the place clean. Room was nice and cold. Hot showers. My only complaint is the building is old but they can’t help it.

Great staff Great location Property needs a serious update: Dark rooms, small bathroom with shower in need of a deep cleaning. Hallways look tired and worn. With the other hotel chains updating their properties in the quarter ….holiday inn people you need to get this done!!!

This was an outstanding property. Excellent location to Bourbon Street and surrounding restaurants in the French Quarter. The staff could not have been friendlier or more hospitable. We were there during the terrorist attack on Bourbon Street and they went above and beyond to accommodate everyone and add a night stay so we could see the Sugar Bowl. I highly recommend this property.

Lovely Hotel - Miserably Uncomfortable Beds
Very clean, centrally located and nice hotel. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. Hotel was very clean and nice and decorated nicely for holiday season. The beds however were the worst, most miserably uncomfortable beds we’ve ever had in a hotel ever. We were sooo miserable. We will never stay here again for that reason alone.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property is in a great location, within walking distance to many bars , restaurants and sights. We would stay there again.
