Make sure you have a car.
Pros: Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Cons: No where near the airport. If you don't have a car, then you are stuck with what the hotel offers. The whirlpool closed for maintenance INDEFINITELY. The "heated" pool (what the website says) was NOT heated. The room was cold. Nothing could be done to warm it up on this very rainy day (TS Debby was coming). The "Restaurant" (what it was called on website), "Bistro" (what it is called locally) was disappointing. The staff did the best they could being only ONE single person. However, the food was mediocre at best and EXTREMELY overpriced. I get it, one person can only serve so many people, so quickly & have it turn out tasty. IT WAS NOT THE STAFF's FAULT. It is how corporate portrayed it & then staffed it.

Room was huge and nicely appointed, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was super small and shower was old but water was alway hot. Nice to have Starbucks in the lobby, coffee was good, food was awful. Raw bacon on my bacon , egg and cheese sandwich and a burnt scone……stopped buying after that. Requested housekeeping and only got it on night 6 of a 7 night stay. Clean towels and trash removal were provided on request, day 4…..overall not bad but expensive

Regular upkeep needs to be done. No maid service whatsoever I had to ask for fresh towels. The entryway in the front and the side entrances smelled like cat urine. When we checked in the carpet in the room had not been vacuumed because there were stuff on the floor. The bathroom had not been cleaned property because there was still hair on the floor from the previous occupant.

Most of the staff was awesome. One semi-bad experience and the manager never called us back as promised. The bath room is TINY. We had to switch rooms after the 1st night because the floor got soaked with water. Apparently from a known issue with the AC unit. The second room was dirty and had a 1/2 eaten chicken bit in it. The light that was under the TV fell down. Wont be going back
