"The hotel was beautiful and quaint. The staff was generous and helpful in finding local activities and dining places during our stay. I would definitely recommend booking your stay in the Niagara Falls area at Niagara Crossing Hotel & Spa. We also paid for a spa treatment that did not disappoint at all. I will definitely be coming back to Niagara Crossing. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. There was ample room for our family of 5. The home has been beautifully restored. There is a fancy barn door on the downstairs 1/2 bath. The beds were all very comfortable- The walls do seem thin as we heard a train throughout the nights during our stay but it didn’t bother us. There was not any Kerig hot chocolate for the kids- but my husband did enjoy the coffee. The location was perfect. We highly recommend this unit! Parking was very convenient as well. The location was so convenient to visit the falls, shopping, and local beaches."

"Dated property for sure. Was very clean, easy parking but could certainly use some upgrades. Heat was excellent, held temperature nocely. Showers were nice, good water pressure. New fridge which was nice. Fine for fishing buddies to have a place to crash, wouldnt bring the wife and kids. Mattresses were old and no support, landlord special painting everywhere. "
