We asked to be moved from our original room as folks upstairs were loud.. receptionist move us to 2nd floor, but again under someone directly above us . . I would think with the hotel having only 12 - 18 guests that it would be very easy to space them out accordingly . . . and why would the receptionist put us in a room under someone after we just asked to move from that circumstance? Love the location of the BW, and rooms are v-good, but staff needs to be more attentive . .

Great Stay at the Best Western! Awesome Breakfast!
I stayed for the first time at this Best Western on a Saturday night in the basic king room. I usually like BW's when traveling and this one was one of the better ones! On arrival, I had booked about 15 minutes earlier, and staff already had my key card ready, the woman was friendly, and quickly checked me in. I had room 101, I did request top floor in my reservation, but perhaps she didn't see that. That and the pool being closed were the only issues. They did email me after booking stating pool was out of order. The room was close to lobby, but relatively quiet, as I believe we had neighbors, and only noise was in morning from staff in hallway, or on other side of wall, the breakfast area kitchen, although it wasn't obnoxious. Breakfast, til 10am on weekends, was excellent, one of the better ones I have had at BW, eggs and sausage were good, lots of toppings for waffles, and even chocolate milk and 4 juices. Attendant was friendly too and kept everything stocked. They did require a voucher, so others don't sneak in, although we weren't asked to show ours. Never have seen that before! Staff all around were polite, I asked for 11:30 check out which was granted, although after 10am, could not get back in with room key, and it was fixed quickly. The room was fine, TV a bit small, but newly renovated, great condition, clean, great cold fridge, hot water and good pressure in shower, bed was comfortable, but the desk chair had a hole/piece missing. I would stay again!

Overall good - clean, good amenities, good staff, etc. But bring earplugs. The walls are extremely thin, and you'll hear anyone talking out in the hallway or the room next door as if they're standing next to you.
