"The communication was excellent. Immediate response to any questions. The house is in a perfect location. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming. The easy access to the beach, town and highway while in a quiet neighbourhood was exactly what we wanted. The backyard is amazing. The fence was great for our dogs. The decks provided the necessary shelter so we could sit outside when the temperature was cooler. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future. "
