"CitizenM in Back Bay is not only beautiful and looks like what you see in their pictures, it's clean and spacious in the common areas near the restaurant. I really enjoyed the room as well. It's not a large room, but it's great for a solo traveler and I had the most restful sleep there. This was such a great experience and the hotel's location is not far from restaurants and cafes. I am looking forward to staying there again soon."

"I stayed at the Fairmont Copley twice in the past month and fell in love with it. It's a beautiful and stately, but not stuffy, hotel. Quietly elegant, yet the staff could not be more skilled, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are ample, comfortable, quiet and well appointed. I was meeting a friend, and told our Valet Parking Attendant that she'd be joining me later, he greeted her as if she was expected and welcomed her. When I later told him how impressed I was with everything and everyone, his reaction was "We love to hear that." Not just "I love to hear that."
