Nice hotel close to 75
It is a nice hotel. The free parking is a bit of a walk and one of the elevators was out. I was not offered the 20% discount on food or non alcoholic drinks upon check in. The staff is very nice and helpful.

It was one of the cleanest, most professional hotels I have ever stayed at my wife and I were both thoroughly impressed. The restaurant and room service was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Checked in and was given a room key. Once we got up stairs the room was completely trashed and not cleaned from the previous guest in the room. After getting our next room key to another room… we settled in..I got undressed to take a shower and house keeping didn’t knock and came straight in the room without permission. I screamed at them to leave. Very unfortunate and uncomfortable experience. Unless the hotel reaches out to apologize for this experience and offers some sense of solution. I do not imagine I’ll stay here again. Also to note I’ve stayed here roughly 10 times this year already.

Room and hotel were good. One elevator was down. Staff was nice but check in personnel didn’t explain the parking garage at night but other staff member helped us attain parking for free. Restaurant was very good. Wished they had complimentary coffee in the morning! But was able to make some in the room.

I love the hotel and that it didn’t have carpet in the rooms. It was very clean but the parking was terrible. Over all everything else was very clean and loved my stay.

Though the hotel is close to SMU, I do not feel comfortable walking to the school. Honestly, when there are signs everywhere in the parking lot to hide things in my car ( I had nothing in it). I did not feel comfortable leaving it there but I had to. No choice. When I arrived late after the game, I didn't feel comfortable walking into the hotel. Lighting was limited. As for the room it was okay. It had a fish smell that didn't leave for my stay. Not a big deal since I only slept in the room. I thought the staff were pleasant and helpful. However, like all places they were short staffed.
