Hallway carpet dirty, plugs for cell phone hair dryer ect. Wouldnt stay in out let, no garbage bags i understand you want to go green but having a tiny garbage can is ridiculous, wallpaper coming off bathroom wall, handicap shower bar rusty, 3 lights in bathroom vanity only one worked.Took 5 hours to get more towels. Most workers dont speak english.

Decent Room, but Improvements Needed Overall
The hotel is outdated, and the common areas were dirty. The hallways had a strong mildew and mold smell, which was very unpleasant. Only one elevator was working, and it kept breaking down, resulting in long wait times. While the room itself was outdated, it was clean and did not have the same odor as the hallways. Overall, a mediocre experience.

All staff had different understanding of what policy was for check out. When we got into the room, the HVAC unit was on continuous fan, so it was VERY humid in the room. The alarm clock was left on for 6 am (not hard to have cleaners fix that when getting the room ready for the next stay). There wasnt supposed to be a dog fee for service dogs as written on the form that i signed, but had to pay one anyway. Was told i would be emailed a receipt for my last day, but never was. Awful staff, awful management, awful quality checks in place. WAY over priced for the service they have.

The Wyndham Oceanfront Virginia Beach is perfect for us since we travel with our little dog. This was our 4th stay. The only "issue", or thing I didn't like, was how the bathroom was "renovated"... the wall was just cut somehow, no tub no; only a shower, and there was no bathroom door! Just a sliding door shared with the corner "closet" area. The "door" did not close at all, it was just a sliding door that didn't match all the way to the end of the door opening of the bathroom and there was no door knob, lock, etc.
