Easy checkin, great clean rooms
We stayed overnight from an international transfer. Our suite had two rooms and two separate bathrooms. Great choice for our traveling party with individual rooms. Check in was fast and easy. Rooms were very clean, beds were nice, and the next morning the shuttle to the airport was ready at the time we requested. Would recommend and stay again in future trips through Brisbane airport. Note: no shuttle service FROM airport, but they do have shuttle service TO the airport when you check out.

The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you, the food in the restaurant was second to none and reception staff were happy to drive us to the airport as soon as we were ready.

Just a quick stop over. 9 hours. Toilet had a skid mark down the side so clearly hadnt been clean. Had to wash the coffee cups we used as the were ALL dirty. Same for the teaspoons. Cleaners need retraining
