The marina view was totally worth booking this place. I dealt with carpet shampooing scheduled for my building but the staff was understanding. I also dealt with ants in my room but was on the first floor so a bit understandable given the location.

The marina view and walking path around the boats is worth the price of admission. I had to deal with carpet cleaning in my building when I was trying to work. The workers even knocked on my door having been told no one was in my room to shampoo my carpets. I also dealt with ants the whole time, but I was on the first floor so I get it.

Facilities are old and there were some drunk guests, handicapped spots are always taken, but overall great location and relatively safe (they lock up after 10 or 11)

It must been an old hotel. The hotel charges for parking on top of the high nightly rate. The room didn't have a microwave either. I had 2 double beds for 4 person family room but they provided towels for only 2 persons.

I booked 3 rooms for 5 nights and one extra room for 2 nights. One of the rooms had signs of water leak from nights before. Smell of the wet carpets were unbearable. Also noise from a big fan outside the room made it more uncomfortable to sleep. Wire extension connected to the fan was in the way gettin outside the room. This room was a disabled accessible and my family member had difficulties getting inside or outside the room. we had asked the front desk to change the room for us with no result. I had asked Expedia and the hotel to provide the refund, and still waiting for refund.

We got there and our room wasn’t ready. We came back an hour later and had to wait in line for a half an hour and it still wasn’t ready. We had called days before to try to get our rooms close together with our friend because I use a cane and it’s hard to get around. And it was my anniversary. They ended up changing our room to a different floor the king size bed I’m pretty sure was a queen. The ice machine didnt work. But the cookies were great and we had a lovely time
