Pet friendly & hotel accommodates anyone need a rm
The hotel does accommodate anyone in need of a hotel room, the office staff is polite and willing to work with you when you need help. They only have one maid and she tries to make sure she takes care of any and all needs. Hotel is pet friendly. They are one of the only hotels that does not cause problems for someone with service animals and/or pets themselves. Thank you for that.

I guess for the price nothing should be expected. Nothing is what we got. The first room had no light bulbs or towels. The second room had no sheets on one bed and no blanket on either. Booking said there was a continental breakfast. There was not. It was nice a plunger was left in the room as that was the ONLY wat to get anything to disappear down the toilet. It was surprisingly quiet though. Maybe all the other guests were also in a deep state of depression.

DO NOT stay here no matter what. No matter how tight your budget. Unless you wana bunk up with crackheads. The roaches in this place was INSANE. Couldn’t walk around without crunching on them. They gave us zero towels and said people steal them too much so they aren’t giving us any. There’s no blankets on the bed. Just a paper thin sheet. They charged me an extra $30 for a “hold” which is highly doubt I’ll get refunded even though they said it will be. No elevator. The stairs REEKED of cat pee. No microwave. No pool. No mini fridge. Remote to the TV didn’t work. Hot water wasn’t hot. The list of things wrong with this absolute dumpster fire goes on and on. They need to be shut down. Disgusting.

This property is a catfish. The pictures and the actual building are worlds apart. Walk into our room and see numerous roaches flee; no blanket on the bed; hot in the room like the heat and horrible smells hit you in the face as you open the door; curtain barely hanging on; talked to owner about refund he said contact third party where you booked. Contact Expedia and he refuses and lies multiple times to Expedia. Expedia does nothing to protect your booking or offer customer service. Horrible experience all around.

First room had no sheets, towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. We went to the front desk and they gave us another room. The second room had no towels or a freaking Toilet seat. They said they’d get us these before we got back and they didn’t. Also stole $20 cash security deposit from us since we left at 8am (office is closed till 9am). It has been 5 days and they have yet to call me back on this.

Absolute worst hotel ever.
Worse hotel I’ve ever been to by far. This place needs to be condemned and torn down.. Roaches everywhere, wet carpet, only a sheet on a bed, toilet doesn’t work, no towels or toilet paper, place is crime city and don’t get me started on the smell..please don’t ever go to this place. They also don’t give refunds so once you pay you don’t get your money back..

It wasn't very clean. It looked nothing like the pictures. It also had a different sign. The sign said Lincoln Inn Express Hotel and Suites - not OK Hotel. It looked like lots of fights had happened in the hall and in our room - patched holes in the doors. When we came back in the evening there were roaches everywhere including on the bed.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at
Upon check-in, I was told they did not have any towels. Hallway, full of bugs, hanging broken light fixtures, And even though it was stated that it was non-smoking it smelled like cigarettes and weed. Waiting for Uber eats saw two different police respond to separate incidents. Luckily, when I woke up, my car still had its catalytic converter.

This place needs to be shut down. I’m sorry but no motel should have such unsanitary conditions like this place. Roaches in the bathtub and all around the room, the reek of smoke in the hallway and even in the supposed non-smoking rooms, also a seedy crowd in and around the motel. I didn’t feel safe at all being there, there was definitely more than cigarette being smoked there too. This motel operates as the OK Hotel but is under Lincoln Inn and uses photos from 10 years ago… practically a scam

Door leading into the hotel from the outside was not secure. Several people went in and out without using a key. Website stayed a refrigerator and microwave was in the room, but was not there. I asked for my money to be returned due to the unsafe issues but refund was refused. I paid in advance, but when I got there had to pay additional fees for pets and a hotel fee that was not disclosed on the web site or at booking. Very upset that I cannot get my money back. Pet fees and hotel fees were said to be refunded. Not sure yet, but two night hotel stay was not refunded. Fire Marshall needs to be notified of the state of this hotel and Expedia should not book it

I wasn't allowed to check in because the staff was away from the desk. After thirty minutes of waiting I finally left Finally after numerous calls someone answered and stated I still had to pay. I only booked thisotel because it is $11 at the time. The place isn't even worth that. I never checked in because of fraud. I need a reimbursement

That property was the most disgusting and rude hotel I have ever seen in my life. Hundreds of cockroaches throughout the hotel.At the main door in the past you need a card to enter but currently it is rotated without any type of security to the rooms. There is a lot of humidity in the hallways, they have major problems with water leaks and lights that don't work, they just flicker like in a seedy motel in a horror movie.
