Bad experience. Surprised expedia is offering this place.its a d ump. Furniture from the 70s. It looks shabby sbd in disrepair. Light swotches had dirt on them. The safery thing on ththe door was loose. I could go on and on. Id never stay here again.

The staff was awesome. Great breakfast every morning. Fresh towels and trash emptied daily. Room cleaned on request. Close to Disney World. Only con is the shuttle only does pick up at 9am and returm at 10pm.

There was cockroaches in the room. The bedroom had a strong smell and the walls were so thin that I could hear the guest next door. Very old elevator and many times the door would take a few minutes to open and it seemed like it was going to break at any time. Nice staff. Close to Disney.

Hotel needed updates to look more presentable and modern. Hot tub was down but was fixed after we had reported to the front desk. There was a brown bug on the wall in our bedroom. Lost it so don’t know where it went or what kind it was. Toilet didn’t flush well. Maids left our trash in the sink twice after coming to change it and also left our door slightly cracked open. Laundry on site was nice but no change machine nor no change at front desk. Elevators were wobbly and made noises suggesting needs of service. Carpets felt dirty and in need of shampooing. Dresser/tv stand had stains on bottom like drink was spilled. All over, hotel needs a deep cleaning and major cosmetic updates.

Not too many choices in this price range

Hotel wasn't the cleanest or the newest. It was clean enough to stay at. The elevators were old and jerky at times. They wouldn't let me check in early. I sat around from 2:30 to wait for a room. The shuttle to Disneyworld is only from 9a to 10p so we ended up driving instead.

Conveniently located near Disney World and shopping areas without being too busy and felt at ease. Staff was very nice and helpful. Overall condition is well kept although it’s an older hotel. The look was appealing. Elevadors were fully functional but you could tell they are aged. Available amenities included a decent outdoor pool and hot tub. Room was comfortable with a contemporary feel. It can use some minor refurbishment and maintenance but no major flaws found. Everything seemed clean enough and there were no unwanted surprises. Ample parking and full hot breakfast included, better if you avoid the crowd rush. Family friendly and we enjoyed are stay.
