We come to this hotel because it’s close by to the convention center, but the breakfast needs to be upgraded been here two years in a row and it’s the same breakfast every Saturday and Sunday. And hotels needs to upgrade on how it smells. My advice throughout the hotel needs air fresheners plug-ins.

The hotel is ok. Bathroom smelled like smoke. Shuttle to universal is a JOKE. Shows up late everyday. You will make stops at multiple hotels and squeeze every inch of space out of the tiny van they have. Our specific route back to the hotel from universal consisted of waiting for 30 mins for the first come first serve van to be 15 mins late and to be trampled by the other guest that showed up after you to claim your lack of personal space. Only to stop at two hotels and then manage to go back to universal to pick up more people and return to the same hotel you just left, all why you are either sticking your armpit in someone’s face because you didn’t get a seat or having someone’s armpit in your face because you won the race to the seat. Also, breakfast… sucks. Would have preferred a pop tart. Only good thing was the loaf of bread to make toast, but then no strawberry jelly.

Good location, there is a shuttle that goes to Universal Studio everyday for free. Breakfast is free and not bad but it would be better with more variety. Some of the staff working in the breakfast area were rude, and possibly racist because I noticed that they would only say hi to white people. However the people at front desk were nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

Great little property

Great little property with amazing breakfast. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. My only issue was our AC wasn’t really working and the rooms were a little small. But we were really in our room too much.

found a cockroach walking on the wall in our room the very first 5 mins of our stay . advised staff right away and was told that room was sprayed that day by the exterminator and they were told it was ok to rent out so they did. when i advised them and showed them pics all they did was move us to another room (they did offer us a refund but only to go to another hotel). apparently these roaches come up drains and the exterminator didn't do his job . nothing further was offered to resolve this issue. stayed cause it was the cheapest option and i personally inspected the new room but was still discusted seeing a cockroach for the first time in a room

Room is fine- the inside of the property is Diiiiiiiirrrty, grimy dirty. Rooms just had garbage taken out daily, had to request extra towels. Breakfast is below average. Eggs, sausage, toast, yogurt, cereal.
