Liked nothing - ok the lady who checked us in was nice. There must be bogus "good" reviews on this property because that's how we picked it and we were totally disappointed. Room: carpet dirty and stained, 1/2 roll of toilet paper, two tiny soaps, bed linens were worn and the pillows smelled like someone's greasy head! There is no housekeeping unless you ask for it. Didn't bother. Had to ask for more tp, Kleenex, towels and waited all day to get them. Food: The so-called breakfast was a joke. Tables not cleaned after use, over crowded, cold eggs and waffles. Food was not replenished, no fruit or yogurt. Trash everywhere. Oh did I mention that a kid threw up in the breakfast area and a staff member came and wiped up with paper towels! 2 elevators were small and very slow. I definitely would not recommend this place. Hey, on the bright side, parking was free and it was close to ESPN sports complex, the reason we were there.

Every floor has a strong odor, not sure how to describe it other than possibly a food smell. It is not a clean or chemical smell. The elevator had something spilled in it and the floor was sticky, it was never mopped up and we were there 4 nights. Breakfast was complimentary but severely limited. There was a live roach in our bathroom. And the description should really mention that there is an amusement park 100 yards out of the front door. This includes an old wooden roller coaster than makes horrific noises all hours of the day and night. We chose this hotel because of the great reviews. I think these were made up by family and friends.

Loved the room, a lot space to move around. Plenty of seating options and comfortable beds! The hotel is very close to Old Town which is great! One of the two elevators was out of service which made the wait a bit long at times. Free breakfast was nice only complaint is that they ran out of coffee early and didn’t refill them. But overall would definitely stay there again.

The experience was average due to lack of communication regarding room service. They don’t tell you until you’re already there that they only provide room service every 3 days, and you must request it. However, shout out to Shirley who made sure we were well taken care of after the disappointment our first 3 days.

Overall a poor stay for a Disney vacation
Average stay. Breakfast - Always short on things and never replenished in time. Lot of things got over and were either out of stock or filled back after 10-15 min. Also all the staff was speaking Spanish. No English speaking staff. Rooms - Tub was not draining properly, room window was having water on it always and not clean, AC was having dust etc. While checking out, fromt desk asked me how was the stay and I told them it was not good, but they never asked me what was the issue.

Free breakfast I love it why because it taste sooo good and free parking the room were clean. I was upset before because I was at a different hotel that were pricey they served free breakfast and free dinner and when I was there waiting for dinner I had hard hot dog bread and broccoli with salad and for breakfast was no pancakes only eggs and sausage I was upset i checked out the next day and came here.
