I was charged for cleaning the room. I was there 4 nights and they cleaned and changed towels 2 times but still charged for 4 days. I was also charged a Covid fee per day. Though Covid was a thing of the past? Otherwise ok

Unfortunately this hotel needs several renovations, the room only had the bedding changed once while I was staying and they never swept it or gave them a map. The room didn't smell good. The administrative and cleaning staff were told about the situation and there was no response as to what was requested. I had to play the role of housekeeping, asking for towels, garbage bags, to do the job. When the room was delivered, the person in charge was contacted again and he indicated that she would be consulting with management. Unfortunately the worst experience of a stay I have ever had. I don't recommend it at all.

I understand you get what you pay for but they could do better. Chemical they used in cleaning the room was still smelling heavily when we entered the room, bedspreads looked worn out, my children were first to see roaches despite the fact that the room was just cleaned. The bath looked a bit old and brownish, the receptionist wasn't friendly initially but loosened up a bit when she saw we were not from around the place. Couldn't stay there, had to cancel and was charged for one night. My advice will be for them to change some of their accessories and make it befitting!

Never again!
The property was poorly maintained and dirty, and the room smelled like cigarettes and dampness. The staff was not friendly at all upon arrival, and I even witnessed them speaking rudely to another guest. The breakfast was extremely basic, with no variety whatsoever. I definitely won’t be coming back to a place like this!

First room was dusty and smelled like mildew. No towels. Pull out sofa had someones moldy food inside of it and dirty sheets folded up into it. Seconds room smelled like cigarette smoke, layers of dust beside the fridge and night stands. The shower was broke and the head leaked, dripping onto the tub spout, and bouncing onto the floor until the floor was soaked in water. No cleaning was done, no dumping of trash, no clean towels or washclothes unless you ask for them. Horrible, worst than any motel i evver stayed in before.
