The area had everything close by. Friendly staff, quiet safe area, breakfast and happy hour food was so nice and the pool was so clean and fun. Definitely would go here again and recommend this hotel for everyone with families!!!

When asked for housekeeping service they did not come. If they did come, they did not bring what was asked. Big rats running around. Needs pest control. Unsafe some tried to take my grandchild. Needs to put security around pool area

We had very nice stay overall. The breakfast was amazing, chef omlets were the best. Happy hour was a nice extra too. Parking is $20 a night, so it’s a little frustrating. You can’t get to outlets by walk, even it’s 0,3 miles away ( it’s right on other side of the highway). Pool area needs a little update. Shuttle schedule was not working for us- it was one ride only early morning. Would be great to have 2-3 rides to each park.

Disappointed to say the least
This is by far the worst embassy suite I have ever stayed at. It is a busy place so I can imagine the upkeep takes work but for the prices I would have at least preferred a room with no roaches and for housekeeping to clean your room without begging. My parents asked three times to have housekeeping come to empty the garbages and to get some towels. We got the towels at the second request but the garbage was never taken out. When we checked in the room there was bubble gums on all the door handles so we know the room was not cleaned. It isn’t the ritz but basic cleaning is at least expected. Location is great and for the most part the staff were great. However while at the pool we couldn’t get any towels. We asked three times at the desk and were told everytime that housekeeping was called. Two thumbs down. The set up of the hotel is great. Perhaps when it was first opened it warranted $200 a night but now it isn’t worth $100 a night. Don’t stay here if the above mentioned is important to your stay.
