I had to go to the front desk 2 different times to get my keycard rekeyed. I had to call twice about getting towels and cups. They only made up 1 bed one day and didn't make up the beds on the first day. Then they didn't take the garbage one day. But, the overall stay was good.

The facility looks very worn down and dirty. Upon entering we noticed there were roaches in the room. We did not stay, we immediately went to guest services and canceled our reservation. I do not recommend this hotel.

We were pleasantly greeted but during the check in we were expecting to pay a $30 resort fee and a $50 refundable fee to cover any incidentals used during our stay. However the clerk attempted to charge a parking fee we have never paid there before over and above the prices plainly shown during our purchase. We had to show our receipt and our advertised terms and the parking fee was dropped. It was a good stay and we have not used this hotel in a couple of years due to a rate increase and others offers more desirable were found. This was a good stay at a great price so Thank You Expedia for this offer.
