I had called months ahead to ensure pools are heated in the off season, the front deak said absolutely. Once we arrived we headed to the pool for some fun. Ice cold, the bar staff and others said that they never heat the kid pool with the pirate ship. What a waste. The rooms and furniture were rundown, they had a flood on the our floor that smelled terrible! Building 3 on the 7th floor. The dishes and silverware were dirty. I recommend staying elsewhere for a few exra dollars.

The electric in the master bedroom did not work for 3 out of the 4 nights. It got fixed on our last afternoon there. Ridiculous not to have electricity. They were unable to move our room as they were sold out. The beds were terrible, old, only had sheets, no blankets. Oven in until only had two working burners. Carpet coming up and very dirty. Maintenance came out several times before they found someone to fix the electrical issue on our last day. I contacted Expedia the first day to inform of issue and they said they would follow up and I have yet to hear from anyone.

Its not anything spectacular. Rooms are definitely are outdated and pretty dirty. cleaning service or fresh towels without paying additionally, each room has a washer and dryer that they recommend washing your own towels, however dryer and washer are small and definitely need to be serviced. Our towels took 4 cycles to actually dry. The arcade room that is advertised in every amenities book for the hotel is actually owned by the restaurant next door - this is important to know because the arcade literally will eat all your money without lettinf you play the games and when you let the hotel know they told me not the hotels problem, but to tell the restaurant. The arcade was completely trashed, dirty and someone had vandalized many of the games while we were there as there was hundred of peices of broken plastic chips all over the ground. Be weary of the guest services. When I asked about details/discounts of purchasing disney tickets through the hotel the guest service lady stated that all the information would be discussed with us the following day at an important informational meeting to go over savings, discounts etc. You had to 1) book a time foe the meeting 2) state how much you annually make and 3) pay a price to reserve your spot. Once I made my reservations and paid. I received a receipt stating it was from " sky vacation clubs" and "this advertising material is being used for soliticing sales of a vacation ownership plan"-
