Orlando stay for Graduation from University
We stayed from Tuesday through Sunday am. Unable to get regular towels besides smaller colored towels without hunting down housekeeping staff even though I asked before the stay. Had trouble getting shuttle service to anywhere but Seaworld. Lots of confusion at front desk in answering our questions.We were given conflicting information. Seaworld desk lady was totally unhelpful and a bit rude to my family member. Room was acceptable. We ate at the morning buffet but our food was cold.

Wouldn’t recommend this place we spent lots of money for a fly in 10 day family of 5 vacation there’s nothing to do for kids and I know we had a hurricane come thru on Wednesday to Thursday night but the one thing there was to do for kids was the pool and 3 days before the hurricane they closed the pool are Monday night they closed the bar and all outside seating and Thursday after the hurricane they still wouldn’t open the pool and Friday before lunch wen we left it was still closed never staying there again ever
