Just great, room was clean nice bed cool AC and quiet. Lot of space. Just please lite up hotel sign at street, we got lost when arrived at night. At daylight saw sign but looks it have no power. Out of that all good. Will be back.

No Free Parking

The breakfast service at this hotel was super efficient and very well run. It was located very conveniently to Sea World, however we were there just for a night before going to Disney. Only negatives - I could have been almost certain it said free parking online, but there was a $30 charge after arriving at the hotel and we were badgered a bit by a woman and her unrelenting sales pitch.

The room & bed were good. The breakfast buffet was poor, seen much better food choices & quality at other Residence Inns. The gym was an embarrassment! Old equipment that looked like it was recovered from a flood. The surprise $30/night parking fee was wonderful. Almost forgot the one morning without a shower due to no hot water.

O hotel e muito bom para longas =estadias pois possui cozinha completa e é espaçoso. tem cafá da manhça com varias opções. Senti falta de um leite quente no café da manhã de de frios (como presunto e queijo fateado). Estrutura do banheiro - precisa de uma reforma , também seria bom reformar o quarto - carpetes antigos. Corredores tem odor ruim. Quarto não tinha odor ruim. Funcionarios MUITO simpaticos e prestativos - nota 10.

Smoking..

The room was comfortable. It has a little kitchen area to storage food. Smokers in the area and on property. The halfway a strong smell very hard to avoid. It triggered my child's allergies. Wont stay here again for this reason. The breakfast was good.

The property is in grate location closest to parks, convention center, shopping malls and easy access to main attractions and highways. They should improve in the security specially in the parking lot another areas like exit doors located on not concurrent areas. They should maintain and make sure that guest follows the guidelines and rules to keep areas safe and clean from garbage.

The hotel cleanliness was in very poor condition, the repeating smell of marihuana was awful, innthe elevators, in the halls, common areas, everywhere. The hotel was also outdated, in overall bad conditions, in a very dirty estate. Would not stay there again.

Overall a good stay. A bit dated in areas…like need replacing of sofas in the room and eating area in the lobby. Close to Sea World was why we stayed. Felt the parking was pricey. Some people were hanging out and smoking by the side entrance where we would enter/exit through that we didn’t feel comfortable. Ended up parking near the front sand walking the distance thru the hotel.
