The lady at the valet desk was extremely rude. Shouting at hotel guests for asking questions is unacceptable. Left a bad taste in my mouth. If I return again I won’t rent a vehicle.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was remarkable, from the stylish and modern decor to the thoughtfully designed amenities. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and perfectly equipped for both relaxation and productivity. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the workspaces were ideal for getting tasks done without distractions. Overall, my experience with Signia by Hilton exceeded all expectations. It’s the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and world-class service. Mediocre at best for comfort.
Unfortunately it was a mediocre stay. The photos and the lobby make it seem like a much better place than what it actually is. The room was uncomfortable. The A/C would not cool below 73-74. The beds were supposed to be queens but felt much smaller. It has the feel of a Disney resort but the comfort of a value hotel.
