We came for dinner before and loved it. Decided to give the hotel a try and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The hotel smells amazing which is a bonus. The staff was accommodating, kind and thoughtful. We also were so thrilled with the live music on Friday. We had planned to go for a swim, but the music was so good that we stayed in the bar area just so we could enjoy it. Brought our children and had a wonderful weekend visiting. We are actually hoping to make this a location for a conference that we have coming up next year because we loved everything so very much. Oscar and the restaurant is funny and knowledgeable. He definitely added to our Saturday brunch.

The properly is a nice one. The location is great. It’s fairly new. The saltwater and temperature controlled pool is a plus. They welcome you from outside , open the door and help with our luggage. The check in is quick, they have cold fruity water to quench you from the heat. I like our room on the top floor with a view of the pool. It’s spacious and theme oriented. They have nice amenities like coffee, vanity stuff, and cool branded toiletries. The restaurant Aurora has delicious food and Oscar our server is so seeet and attentive. The only things I didn’t like is that the front desk staff are not friendly. They don’t smile or greet you when they see you, except for one and also Caitlyn on my checkout. Stayed there for 6 nights and they do charge for overnight parking. As the day goes by, the cleaning of the room has become less and less thorough and they don’t replenish some of the amenities. One day they didn’t do the housecleaning for the room. Also they need to instruct the pool cleaner to come before they open it to the guests. Instead of just showing up and vacuuming the pool while you’re inside. Other than those my stay is acceptable.

Property is well maintained and clean. Only downfall is getting trying to get room service. No one picks up the phone. After a long day of meetings room service is nice. Instead ended up ordering Uber eats the 3 nights there.
