Was there with my dog due to having to evacuate due to hurricane Milton. Was comfortable and clean. (Just beware that you have to pay $20.00 a day for parking that isn't included in your room price - I took a star off for that). I was grateful to find a place during such a tough time as I'm sure several others were also since there were a lot of us that were there due to evacuating.

$20 for parking is excessive when there is nothing around the hotel. Air conditioner was very noisy and the pillows were well used and need to be replaced, it was disappointing given it is not that old of a hotel. At checkout nobody asked how our stay was so they need to know there are areas for improvement.

It was nice average hotel. Great value for the buck. Upon entrance into room, a German cockroach greeted us. I photographed, then killed it. We were given a new room. No more bugs. The breakfast line was 15 mins. Staff nice.

During our visit, check in was very slow, there is a short line but it took us more than 30-40 minutes waiting. You have to keep in mind that there is extra parking fee that you have to pay which is like 20$/day i don't remember paying for resort fee but they have a small pool close to the breakfast area, they have free breakfast-has a pancake maker that kids enjoyed. Room- Spacious clean, but we were bitten by a bed bug, but they transferred us to another room when we complained about it.
