Very Small Room.
Out of the three hotels in Japan this one was the smallest, least comfortable and far from subway station. If you’re a single traveler or maybe a couple it’s ok but 3 people and luggage definitely not the place. Location to shopping, restaurants and night life is excellent. Staff is helpful but this is Japan and service is everything.

The location of this property was great, however I felt that the hotel itself was not worth the location. The rooms are small, even for Japan standards, and you can hear everything outside of your room. We could hear people snoring in other rooms, walking in the halls, etc. It was an OK hotel for a short stay.
Despite being in a good location was disappointed overall with this hotel, was difficult to sleep with constant noises from the fridge and vent systems. In addition the bathroom was poorly designed and the shower curtain didn't properly close
Old facilities, Nice service , convenient location

Not that bad...
I booked here for 3-person stay. Reviews said this place was very clean, but it was really not that clean. The beds were comfortable enough. The AC worked great. Water pressure was great. The amenities were great. The service was good except a lot of them didn’t understand English - place is run by Chinese so if you know Chinese you will have no probs staying here. I was asked if i knew how to speak Chinese bc their staff spoke Chinese or Japanese, not English. There were no hooks in the bathroom so unable to hang up towels anywhere - this was a major inconvenience. Room was tiny, but apparently that is the norm in rural areas of Japan. There is NO SAFE! Please be aware of this too! Other than that the stay was ok at best...
stayed in triple luxury
1. No room safe
2. Not enough hooks for towels and clothes
3. Triple Luxury said 3 single beds but was 1 double plus 1 single -had a dining table
4. Did not wash cups durig housekeeping
5. Did not replenish coffee and tea. No stirrer
6. Cupboard had no shelves or lights so it was dark
7. Shower was very goos
8. Single bed was saggy aka broken in the middle
9. Aircond was good. Window was good.
10. TV has no international channels in EN
11. Staff were OK. 1st one we interacted w did not speak English.
12. No taxi calling facility. Asked us to walj to mainstreet to hail taxi
13. Quite strategic with family martabiut 200m away and drug store right opposite Restaurants too.
14. Near to Foodmium supermarket nd Don Quijote
15. Near to Dotonburi about 500m walk
16. Near to Nagahoribashi station about 8 minutes walk
17. A bit near the red light district .. see drunks staggering about and at night see a lot of schoolgirls in uniforms and sex entertainment
18. Near to Taxi stand about 300m away
19. Near to Kuromon market about 10 minutes walk
30. Near to Nippombashi station and underground Namba Walk mall about 15 minutes walk
It is a small boutique hotel in Shinjuku. The location is excellent. The rooms are tiny. Service is excellent. The staff are dry receptive in assisting anyway they can.
The location is convenient and easy to assess, but the room service is limited. The hot water supply is not really last when I am taking bath in winter.

OK
The hotel was modern but the room was small and the space was not well utilised. Most of the space in the room was in the hallway so there was not much space for luggage. The bathroom did not have a towel rack which seems like an obvious flaw.

A hotel that is close to Doutonburi but the room was extremely small! I’ve been to Japan many times and expected rooms were going to be small but this was shocking. Didn’t really enjoy my stay. Having said that, it was quite cheap.
