"We have stayed here before. The front desk staff were amazing I give them 5 stars. The beds were clean and comfortable, spacious room and bathroom. Carpets could do with a cleaning or be removed all together since these are the pet friendly rooms. 0nly thing that lost the overall 5 star rating were the housekeeping team. They were very loud as the went about their work, shouting and laughing. I am glad they are happy but I needed a bit of extra sleep. "

"My husband and I enjoyed the homey and well thought out decor of the Marten’s Nest.This location was very accessible for those who are wary of icy stairs and within 5 min walking distance to the Alpine Lodge.The owners were very sweet and responsive. Overall a lovely winter wonderland experience!"
