Coming from the USA this hotel was terrible and I only gave 2 stars because the beach was nice but a hike up and down. Pool was nice but freezing cold! Rooms had no air conditioning and it was facing the sun. We couldn’t open the sliding door because the mosquitos kept biting me. I couldn’t wait to leave the hotel. This was also a 60 and plus hotel with everyone smoking. Manager was on site the whole time which was nice to see but they really really need to update this hotel!

The property has 3 pools and is handy for the beach. It's is in-between Costa Calma and jandia so perfect if you like long costal walks.

It was such a lovely place to stay and incredibly welcoming. My only issue was that there was an exposed wire in the room and the outside light did not work. However, the facilities were spotless, the staff were all fantastic, and the food was amazing! We hope to be back soon!

This hotel need a huge refurbishment. The reception staff need to speak English language otherwise can’t communicate. The food very basic and food for kids every day the same. The cocktails in the bar taste like lime whatever you order. The evening entertainment very poor and no entertainment for kids during the day and every single night the same songs for kids :) I have been many times in the area but this one was the worst so far. Shame as I was looking forward to stay there. Loads of other thing I could mention but this is definitely not the place to stay for long.

The location of the property is probably the best thing. It’s bang in the middle of nowhere and makes it the perfect spot for miles of uncontaminated beaches which almost encourages you to bathe nude :) All in all we had a great time in the Resort, very family friendly, great stuff and really good food (my girlfriend is gluten intolerant and the gluten free options were impressive). The building can do with some renovations, it’s visibly “tired” all around and the lifts where frustrating at times, the air con is also not great so if the nights gets too hot it becomes a struggle to sleep. They have some very questionable charges like paying for the safe (I don’t think I have ever experienced that before) and a 7€ a day wi fi charge which is bad in itself if it wasn’t that A)it doesn’t work well in most of the resort and B) it has a frustrating interface which makes it really annoying to work with, I ended up maxing out my data allowance even after paying for wi fi.. One very very frustrating thing ( which you will encounter no matter where you are in the island) is the airport transfer. This hotel didn’t organise any and taxis are VERY pricey 80€ week days and 120€ weekends! The Local bus service is frankly a joke, really plan this in advance.. We had a great room however and the lucks of the building were compensated by the stuff which was great all around.

Idyllic location facing rising sun and with white sandy beaches close by. Food excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Pretty good amenities though disappointed not to play water volleyball - not enough volunteers when we were there. Nightly shows well performed if mimed to original soundtracks. If you just want a place to relax in comfort it's first class.

Lovely view from our Sea View apartment (room 340) but spoilt SLIGHTLY by the 2 storey building between us and the grounds and sea. Hotel showing it's age and could do with a refit - but comfortable and pleasant place to stay. Food ok - but not really outstanding. Enough to keep us well fed - but perhaps lacking in variety. Over 100 steps, some sloping pathways and a sand bank to negotiate to the sea but well worth it - the beach was SUPERB. This is NOT a criticism - merely a word of warning to anyone not able bodied hoping to spend their days on the beach at this hotel.

The location is amazing and the beach was perfect. The hotel is pretty old and needs some renovation. The animation staff, servers and bartenders were super friendly. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with the receptionist . It was a lady around 40 years old, very rude. The day I arrived she tried to over charge me for $500 when I already paid for my stay and without any explanation why she was doing that. I had to call Expedia to solve the problem and after 3 hours back and fourth I got my room. The following days she had the same attitude with me and she never helped me when I was asking for help. She can’t work there because she doesn’t know how to treat people.

Great hotel, great staff but..........
Fantastic hotel placed just right, out of the way. All staff were friendly, enjoyed entertainment at night but the edge was taken off by one of the male entertainers,(not the one in charge) who in a fit of rage, slammed the fire doors to the theatre in our, and four other guests faces! All due to the fact we didn’t want to sit inside and were watching from outside the door . Maybe we should have reported this to the Director. I don’t think his actions were warranted, and most certainly took the edge off our remaining days, we avoided the entertainment as a result. Shame, great place otherwise, but may rethink future plans.

The resort is a little gem in Fuerteventura. Very nice property, very clean rooms, staff so kind and friendly. Staff go above and beyond to make your stay super special. Excellent variety of food at the restaurant. The atmosphere is magical and relaxing. I would definitely come back. Pools need some renovations. Water is too cold, should be heated. Snacks available after dinner would be a nice extra feature. Entertainment needs a little improvement, specially the shows at night time. During the day there is a great variety of entertainment and activities.

The hotel is right next to the beach and it has its own private access to it. Lovely setting. It is in a very quiet location, perfect for me! The food was good and good variety, the bars are open almost all the time and there is a supermarket to buy water and some essentials. There is entertainment 6 days a week and all inclusive means that you forget you had a wallet! My room was clean, spacious and with a lovely balcony with the view of the ocean and the sun. Truly amazing! Two pools one colder than the other, so cold that the sea was warmer. Staff were very friendly and on hand. I would go back. Sea, sun and relaxation. Thank you.

This is the second year holidaying there. We noticed a few changes that were not for the better. In particular the ‘entertainment team’ and the ensuing ‘loud music’ blasted out from the speakers became annoying... ‘come on don’t be lazy!!’ Grinds a little everyday when my wife and I were relaxing on the sunloungers.. trying to find peace in the hotel surroundings. The food was excellent although there was no jugs of fresh juice at the breakfast buffet, but cordial from the self serve machine. On the whole we had a good holiday.

Nice quiet and remote hotel
Hi there, I generally don’t do this kind of review but this time I will make a exception So, the hotel is in a nice location in front of the beach ( naturist beach, but not so many naked people) , you can see the sunrise and the water is clear There is variety of food generally, but the breakfast is the same, so little bit boring ( but I don’t eat everything , so it may be ok for others) Except for the nice beach there is not too much to see, so a car is a must This island has many great places to visit. Cofete beach is one of these. The hotel generally needs some touch ups, but is clean and the employees are great all of them and really makes you feel good I only have one not good thing to say about the gym. Everything in the gym must be changed ( old and dangerous, you can’t have a proper training) but than not everyone is going to do exercises and there are no dumbbells So nothing more to say, just that you have 3 pools if you don’t like the beach and a bar by the pool So yeah, I had a good time
