1. Transportation inside large property. EVERY vehicle poured out carbon monoxide. The open lobby was choked with it while awaiting vehicles were left running; walkways was choked with it when vehicles passed.
2. Housekeeping was understaffed. Check-in is after 4:00. Arrive early you’re stranded in carbon monoxide.
3. Check in is slow - long lines - as they explain all of the rules and restrictions. Meals all at the buffet, reservations at one of three restraints only once every 3 nights of stay. Included drinks at the bar with cheap liquor. Pay bar for upgrade package people only.
4. Bad buffet. Wait staff is excellent. friendly and efficient. But the selection is small, the food is lukewarm, and the quality, meh.
5. The rooms: The 1st room, nothing worked. Lights didn’t turn on, electric plugs didn’t work, the A/C was a mystery to control. The shower head flopped down and faced the wall, no way to prop it. We requested another room. The new room had no electric outlets for electronics, the television was so old the image was barely visible, some of the lights didn’t work, the coffee maker not only wasn’t plugged in, it could not be plugged in. No outlet. Yet it was still dirty. Sink drain missing cover and tarnished.
6. Calls were always answered “in five minutes” and they rarely came. The “mini bar” is ONLY two bottles of water and two sodas. Nothing else. If they show up.
Not recommended. Buildings need maintenance. Everyone complained about the rooms.
