From start to finish, the experience was incredible. The staff greeted me with warm smiles, making me feel welcome right away. Check-in was smooth and friendly, setting the tone for my stay. The property itself was beautiful, offering stunning views, and the breakfast was extravagant, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, I can definitely see myself staying there again!

Strategically located right in the middle of this vibrant city with and excellent day/night life. the property featured a 19 story building in the lobby very nice restaurant offering on top both indoor and outdoor spaces a very large selection of foods and drinks even for the pickiest soul. I love the waiting area at the entrance while you still maintain a private safety area but you are in fact in the middle of the street with a very nature view in front of you. Should I add that they also have on site a SPA as well as an event center where you can go, on site to attend various concert/performance. Very courteous staff ready to assist you in all your needs and all this for a very affordable price. 200/100 its the place to be for your next stop in Panama. P.s : Avoid the Hotel taxi , its much better using uber or any other safe way of transportation for unknown reasons the Hotel taxi fare are very high compared to other available way of transportation

The staff was amazing and always helpful and friendly.... The breakfast buffet was great and well done! The hotel is a bit old but pretty well maintained.... Bed was really nice!!! Showers could have hotter water and more pressure.. But again... The staff was amazing!! Thanks guys for making our trip a pleasure!!

This is an older hotel, once a Holiday Inn. Though it doesn’t have the glitz of newer ones, the views are superb, food excellent, staff friendly and helpful, and location very convenient to walking along the waterfront. Loved the buffets with authentic Panamanian food. Do wish the buffet labeled the items that weren’t gluten free however, as I can’t eat gluten. Couldn’t ask the staff because of the language barrier, so missed out on trying some items that I couldn’t be sure about. Also, would be good to include some literature in the rooms about the amenities and prices for spa treatments. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Panama City.

Nos gusto mucho la atencion y la comida. Buena calidad y variedad en la comida. Una vista espectacular y muy cerca de todo. conectado a la cinta costera eso nos gusto mucho. Lo unico que le hace falta es una renovacion en la pisina: como los pisos y las silla de la terraza para el restaurante. Tambien en piso de abajo desde la ventana se ve muy deteriorado. Le hace falta pintura. En el lobby hace falta un ambientador con olor ya que al entrar al hotel no tiene un buen olor. Por todo lo demas nos gusto mucho.
