The hotel is awesome, the decor is amazing the staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful with our limited Spanish. Breakfast was included and was delicious and being able to swim in the outdoor pool was a bonus

We have stayed before on a Saturday, when they usually have parties, but the sound this time was unbearable. We had our flight next morning and we had to change rooms, to a cheaper one, because it was impossible to sleep. If they going to keep having these parties, they should invest in soundproof windows at least.

I book a king size bed they give me a full Im a big man and my wife also, the room had no freezer in it,nor no coffee maker my wife drinks tee in the evening and night i drink my decaf coffee, morning and afternoon when ask the front desk about it they says that the rooms dont come with it if i want I have to get a suite they sell you and shw you something different over the internet .apart fronthese things the breakfast was excelet every day a good variety just no decaf coffee staf was excelent in the Cafeteria they was so good i give them tipsthey was very helpful i stay 7 days i almost when to another hotel but the staff there was so nice and friendly make me change my mind surely i wil stay back there hopefully they will put coffe maker in the rooms and have decaf coffee in the restaurant

is clean with a unique theme, nice area outside with bar/restaurant. The rooms are nice, clean with a comfortable bed. Great view from the 4th floor. We come to the city often and this is our first stay at the Riande Urban and will stay again, the room rate is very reasonable and it’s in a perfect location walking distance to many restaurants.

I really enjoyed the stay. Room was very good size, breakfast was a lifesaver, biergarden very good and lots of eating spots right around the hotel. Only things that take the five starts/perfect review: hotel is a bit worn in some areas and they are working on it. Overall a great place to stay

The hotel was hosting a party the night we stayed there & they were kind enough to let us know & offered to move our room. We didn’t hear anything from the party. Very thankful as we’d been flying since 11pm the night before. Staff were very kind from all encounters.
