Everything was easy to find. The evening activities were entertaining. The golf carts were lifesavers due to the amount of hills! The only complaint noted was that a drink ordered at the main lobby bar is not the same as the bars at the pool.

The property is beautiful. Leslie at concierge is very helpful. I couldn’t get dinner reservations and she was the only person willing to help me. The food options are non existent. There’s only 1 buffet in the main building. That means if you’re by the pool, you only have burger or pizza option and nothing else. If you don’t get reservations at the few sit down restaurants, you’re stuck in the buffet with the SAME food options EVERY night. We usually go to all inclusives and this one has been the absolute WORST by far.

We were a little hesitant about booking the Planet Hollywood hotel because we were worried it might be too "gimmicky" and we wouldnt get a good vibe for the culture and country. It was awesome- far exceeded our expectations. The resort was smaller, but all the staff got to know us, were super friendly and wabted to make sure we had an amazing experience. They had a lot of restaurant options, and the food was DELICIOUS. We have been to a few all-inclusive resorts before, and this one had the beat food by far. They have a coffee shop with freshe coffee, pastries and ice cream. The buffet was expansive with a lot of options, and the dinner restaurants were incredible. We had lunch by the pool at the burger bar often, as they always had entertainment happening dueing the day by the pool or at night in the main building- we were never bored! It was wonderful for our teenage daughters to be able to wander by themselves and we didn't feel nervous for their safety. We would definitely reccomend it to anyone, and we hope to come back!

The staff welcomed us with such a great entrance and got us checked in super fast. We loved the resort, cleanliness and ALL of the staff. The pool entertainment was bt far the best out of any resort we have been to.

Overall a very basic resort. Dining options including the Al carte were not good. Travel extensively the worst buffet we have ever had at an all inclusive. Our room was not cleaned one day our ac was not cooling they “supposedly” came 3 times to fix it but it never worked. The beach is in poor condition old run down chairs. Alcohol is watered down, pool chairs also in poor condition. The only positive is the staff all were friendly

Superb service and welcoming, beautiful grounds, amenities and workers. The room however had some flaws. Firstly the bed and pillows were not comfortable and left us aching waking up each day. Everyday at certain times the room smelled like sewerage. There were broken sliding doors and other furniture also in the room. Overall my rating is more for the service and employees than the property.

If you are traveling with children, there’s a lot for them and to keep the children entertained. Otherwise, i would not recommend. Extremely limited dining options. Food not great. Night 1 - i suffered through an 80+ degree night with no air conditioning and no one was available on the property to fix it.

Shuttle service around the property can take a while to arrive to get to locations around the resort since it’s on an incline. We had star class which gave access to certain perks, this was non existent. After paying over $2100 for a 6 day stay there was additional charges for higher end liquor, room fridge was stocked daily with two waters, two local beers and two juices. I have paid less for resorts and had better service, fridge restock and access to liquor. On the day we left it was pouring rain it took over 30 minutes to get a shuttle and no assistance with luggage.
