Twin beds were comfortable; the linens were clean and warm with a cozy comforter. The bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, adequate towels and clean. Temperature of room was warm and comfortable. The electric kettle to make coffee and tea was welcome.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt at home. The breakfast was always satisfying and plentiful. Croissant was fresh and coffee is really nice. Special thank you to Ali who always took care of my whole family and front desk staff who always smiling and greet us when we came in the evening and when we left in the morning. I would recommend to anyone and if and when we come back we shall stay there. Try the Bollangier on Ternes Ave and Comte restaurant

Loved the location!
Good location on a quiet street. Good acess to metro and bus stops. Easy walk to Arc de Triomphe. Really enjoyed breakfast. The pastries are made daily in house and I loved opening my room door and getting the bakery smell in the morning.

The unique, quaint little hotel tucked away in a cul de sac off a bustling little farmer's market street was very nice. It is the type of place you want to find when in Paris. This was our first trip and we really liked the atmosphere. The room itself could use a bit of updating not in decor but maybe some of the bathroom appliances or fixtures, as the towel warmer would not work even after asking for assistance with how to use it and the shower water pressure was light and a different shower head may have helped if it had some adjustable options. Other than that we did not really spend much time in the room because we were exploring Paris!

Not a 4 star hotel
This hotel should not be a 4 star hotel. I've stayed in better 2 star hotels than this. The room was falling apart (broken hair dryer, the tiles in the bathroom kept falling off, holes in the ceiling etc.). The towels and bed sheets were sometimes dirty and the mini fridge was sticky and smelly. They never restocked the fridge or the tea/coffee bags. The walls were super thin and not sound proof at all - I could hear every word my neighbours and people in the corridor said. The only good thing with the hotel is the location.

Following check, and we realized that our room was substantially smaller than we thought. We asked for additional pillows which we never received. It was extremely loud outside of our room, as if we were in the midst of a construction zone. The room was very small and the beds were extremely hard. Central but Quiet
Third time staying here and always a pleasure. Tucked away from the main roads so nice and quiet also close to the Arc de Triomphe with lots of good places close by to eat. Will definitely come back again.

Very friendly welcome. Ten mins walk from L'arc de triomphe. Located in a nice area of Les Ternes, daily open market stalls (fresh fruit and fish) on the way to the main road.
