The first night , had a bit of an inconvenience, the heat wasnt working in the room so I had to switch rooms , which the receptionist was very nice and respectful about it. Two things that kin of sucked when I stayed was paying for parking was just crazy, and you also had a deposit of $50 each night you stayed. Those were the only things that sucked. Other than that, I would honestly stay here again , despite those dislikes. For the fact that i felt at home

At checkin I didn’t get that warm welcome that you would expect coming in to a hotel. We were not told about the breakfast or room service options, also there was no mention of how to access Wi-Fi. I did like the size & layout of the room. I did expect the room to be a little more updated than it was. We did have a few issues in our room. There was No additional warm blankets provided except for a thin hard “blanket” ( if you can even call it that & it wasn’t any thicker than a sheet) which had a huge hole in it. The tv in the living room did not work and our bathroom sink only pushed out scorching hot water (that almost burned my children).

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect. Ample space and king bed was comfortable. The surprise of having to pay for parking when you check in was very disappointing. The location is very isolated and there is no reason why customers need to pay for parking. There’s no security guards and the area is very quiet. Seems like an unnecessary expense to trick customers into thinking they are getting a good rate for the room and then add a parking fee when you arrive.

Nice updated suite style hotel
The property is well kept and has good amenities. The room was updated and had modern convieneces. The bed was good but the pillows were too soft for us. The bar was a nice touch but could be stocked better. The bartender was nice but a little bit too involved and we ended it after a few drinks because we wanted to be alone. My biggest disappointment is they charge you for parking unless you ask about it or use their QR code. According to the front desk "every" hotel does this.

The only thing I didn’t like was having to pay to park at the hotel parking lot. Though it was not too expensive but I don’t think that staying at a hotel and having to pay for parking is fair.

Heat was only on full or off (outside temp was 20 degrees), making sleep very uncomfortable. Icemaker did not work. Several other little things making you question the quality of upkeep. Beds were very comfortable.

We stayed in room 273 for 5 nights, the room got too hot after the 3rd day, getting 82 degrees in January, I’ve tried to call the front desk and each time the person please wait, had me waiting for 5-10 minutes so I gave up and called back again to have the same experience. The mattress is very cheap quality, in addition to heat issue, making sleeping very difficult. I had a back ache each morning. After I complained the hotel staff offered to replace the mattress, but the mattress they brought from another room was also as bad They charge you $15/day parking fee The breakfast is pretty poor.
