"I enjoyed the property, the location was great. There is a food hall right next door which has awesome operating hours. The room were clean and quiet, there was plenty parking. There is a £10 fee if you wish to check-in anytime before 3 p.m., even if it's within the hour (we arrived at 2:15 p.m.) There is also £10 for a late check-out. I paid for it the night before check-out, so I did not have to be disturbed at 11 a.m. (orginal c/o time). I had a knock on the door at 11:13 a.m. requesting we were on the check-out list. I told the gentleman I paid the night before, to which he quickly stated my payment did not go through. I told him I have my receipt l. He stated he'd be back in 20/30 minutes. Before he could return, I proceeded to show my receipt, and my bank statement as proof at the Front Desk. "
