The parking availability is extremely limited. You’re almost completely limited to using the hotel Valet, which is fairly expensive.

The property is very nice...one of the best designed hotel rooms I've ever been in, and I've been in lots. But it was the staff that really makes this place shine. Everyone really went out of their way to be friendly, especially Mataya (sp? Guy from Hawaii at the front desk) who was really charming and professional.

A great choice for the Pearl District
This is a really nice hotel in the middle of Portland's Pearl district. The staff was very efficient and friendly, and the room was well laid out and super clean. Many restaurants are within walking distance.

Located in the Pearl District with easy access to many types of dining, food carts, bars and restaurants. Public transportation was easy to access at any time of day. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Great location for downtown Portland. Hotel is close to many amenities and easy to get around. You can easily walk or get a ride to any venue or upcoming event. No need to drive you own car and struggle to find a parking place. Simply use valet at the hotel and enjoy your stay.

The hotel is very satisfactory. My grandchildren loved the pool and the gym and the breakfast was the usual fair you find in hotels for free. I had one complaint however. There’s a sticker in the bathroom that says the towels will be replaced, the trash will be removed, and the bed will be made every day. None of that happened and when I called the front desk to get more fresh towels and have the trash taken out, I was told they had to check to see if the room was on their list for service. It is ridiculous to stay in a hotel and pay hundreds of dollars and not get that minimal service. They sent a housekeeper up who expected me to hold the door open while she scrounged around and found a bunch of fresh towels in a big container. They were in a messy pile and she dumped it on the counter in the bathroom. She had no intention of removing the trash and when I asked her to do so acted dismayed. It was not impressive. Customer service.

Loved our room-so spacious and big windows. Clean and convenient. Only negative was I didn’t realize housekeeping was every other day and disappointed to come back to a messy room. There is a little notice on mirror but should be mentioned at check-in.

The property presented as semi-upcale. Everything was nice in clean, but I thought the room itself could have been a little more semi-appointed, it was just blah. I thought the parking was VERY expensive @ $48 a night. The staff was very nice. I will give the breakfast a five star. It was different every morning & was delicious. I would recommend this hotel and would come back to stay.
